I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely 2-bed flat in Oxford (OX1 4XU). The room is available from 1 Ottober/late September, and the rent is £700/month + bills (roughly £150-200/month depending on season).
You’d be sharing with me – I’m 41, Italian, and I work at the University of Oxford. I'm tidy but relaxed, respectful of space and privacy, and enjoy a chat over coffee or dinner now and then.
