I’m looking for a friendly and considerate flatmate to join me in a lovely 2 bedroom flat in New Marston. The available room is spacious and comes with an ensuite bathroom. There is an outdoor patio area. Great spot for a bbq in summer and a couple of deck chairs.
The flat is in a fantastic location, with a cycle path nearby that gets you into the town centre in just 10 minutes.
I like to keep the place clean and tidy. I enjoy sharing a meal or hanging out watching a movie together, but also respect personal space and downtime. Things I enjoy, eating out, design, hiking, travelling, cycling, movies, board games and reading in my spare time. The rent is 900pcm + bills. Council tax is band D. Flat comes with bike storage and 2 parking spots. LGBTQ+ Friendly flatshare.
