The house is in a great spot. It is just a short walk to the city centre, with easy access to shops, cafes, transport links, and everything Oxford has to offer.

You’ll be living with four friendly and respectful housemates. The house has a relaxed, clean, and sociable atmosphere which is ideal if you’re looking for a comfortable home rather than just a place to stay.

The room & house:
• Bright and spacious double bedroom
• Fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk)
• Clean, tidy, and well-maintained home

Rent & bills:
• £900 per month
• Bills mostly included
• Only energy bill is separate (~£50/month)

Availability:
• Available from mid-April
• Flexible move-in date
