TLDR - large room in a friendly house in a perfect East Oxford location with all bills inclusive (and there’s even a cleaner every couple of weeks for communal areas).🌟

🏡 The House:

Located in a very nice area round the corner from South Park with plenty of food and drink options nearby.
Just a 20-minute walk to the city center.
Excellent transport links—a bus stop just outside the front door and the Airline coach that goes to the airport is right up the street.
Shared amenities include 2 toilets and 2 showers.

Your Housemates:
The housemates (2 guys, 2 girls) are friendly, laid back and enjoy spending time together, whether it’s going out for drinks, hitting the gym, or watching TV.

The Room:

Spacious, furnished and located on the 3rd floor (largest room in the house). The price advertised includes everything (internet, TV, water, gas, electricity and a cleaner). Room contains a comfortable armchair, bed, wardrobe, drawers, book cases, and a desk.

Timings:
I’m moving out before the 18th May, looking for someone to take over rent and bills from that point on. However, happy to be flexible to circumstances - negotiable up to a move in date of 1st June.
