Hiya! From the end of June, we will have two rooms available in our house in St Clements, Oxford. Two girls are leaving and we prefer to have a mixed household, so ideally we are looking for two girls to join.
We have a large kitchen and dining room, a cozy living room with big flatscreen TV and a garden. We have a dishwasher, washing machine, and all kitchen supplies you could possibly need.
We have all got a job and have our own life, but we enjoy hanging out and watching movies and series at night and the occasional pub visit. We live close to the Star, so we enjoy having a pint there. Our place is a 10 min walk to the city centre and all major buses stop in front of the house.
Both rooms are 750 pounds a month, with bills coming around 100 pounds. We have a cleaner come round every week.
