Double room in Jericho

Double room available in a 4-bed professional house in Jericho (£875/month + ~£140 bills), available from beginning to mid-July (date flexible).

A wonderful house share with great housemates, located in the heart of Jericho, a few minutes walk away from the canal and Port Meadow, 15 mins from the train station, and only a few steps from some of the best coffee/pubs in Oxford.

This is a household of lovely women - professionals in our late 20s to early 30s with a varied range of interests: yoga, running, coffee drinking, reading, drawing, travelling etc etc. We like hanging out for film nights or the occasional drink in the garden/trip to the pub, while also having our own space.

We split the bills and currently they are approx £140 a month. This includes gas and elec, internet, council tax, water- everything you need to pay.

Our letting agent is Lucy's who are really great, very responsive and excellent at getting anything fixed or replaced. It's been very easy to let with them.

The house has two bathrooms, a really nice kitchen with a dishwasher, a shared living room and a garden. The room is on the ground floor overlooking the garden. It is a double room with a built in wardrobe area, chest of drawers and bedside table. There’s space for a narrow desk but the living room also has a shared desk for working from home.
