Short sublet July-September

While I’m at fieldwork my single room (£580 all bills and council tax included) is available for sublet in a friendly 5 bedroom house on Warwick Street (near the Iffley gym).

(1) June 22 to July 3
(2) July 18 to September 09

I’ll pack up my room but leave the monitor for your use if you’d like and mattress sheets/pillows. There’s a drawer set, short bookcase, single bed, desk, hooks, and my wardrobe just outside of the room. We have a living room, garden, communal kitchen, and private bike rack. 1 full bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

House: all friends 23-36yo, working professionals (Oxford Uni research, battery sciences, JR hospital, public policy), international (Greek, Indian, Croatian, American). Often go for pub quizzes, drinks, walks, day trips etc but also do things on our own.
