Spacious, central room in a two-bedroom terraced house 10 minutes to the city centre and train station.

Located in St Ebbe’s, only steps away from Westgate shopping centre, the Thames path, and several green spaces and parks.

I’m looking for a housemate in their mid to late 20’s, a postgraduate student or early career professional who’s sociable but also enjoys their own space.

The house has a very large living room, spacious kitchen, garden and two toilets. It’s in a quiet residential area while still only a short walk away from the city centre’s supermarkets, pubs and parks.

About the remaining housemate: "I am a 28-year-old teacher who recently graduated from the university and started work in a school in Oxfordshire. I enjoy reading, running and spending time in nature. I enjoy occasional flat dinners, I cook a lot and I’m generally tidy and organised."

Start date is flexible, to be discussed with the outgoing housemate. The room will become available between mid-August to mid-September.
