Double room in lovely central flat

I’m looking for someone to replace my flatmate on the lease for this lovely and very central flat. My name is Raquel and I am teaching Spanish at the University of Oxford. I love this place, come and see it. The vibe is very homey. :)
* Very central flat: 3 min walk to Westgate, 5 min walk to the train and bus stations, next to Oxford Castle.
* Two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen. Very bright and quiet, fully furnished, with heating, oven, bike locker, large bathtub, washing machine, and attic storage space.
* Building manager who take care of fixing any small problem very quick.
DEPOSIT: the agency ask for 5 weeks deposit (1,310£), I can’t edit it on the post, I don’t know why.
