I am looking for a graduate student roommate to rent for September 2026-2027 at this spacious, furnished two-bedroom flat located in central Oxford.

* Your bedroom has ample space with a king-sized Tempur mattress bed and is the larger of the two bedrooms. The washroom, living room, and kitchen are shared

* The washroom has a large sink with a mixer tap, a bathtub, shower, and heated towel racks

* The laundry room is equipped with separate Miele laundry machine and dryer as well as a Dyson vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and clothes lines

* The living room is mostly empty with a place to install a TV. It is furnished with a very large bookshelf, desk, dining table, and chairs

* The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge, and extra storage

* The garage is managed by the facility and is easy to deal with

* There is storage for a bike

* The utilities (Wifi, water, electricity) are not included and to be shared equally. The house has floor heating
