There is a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer and storage space.

Very easy walking distances to bus routes to City Centre, Cowley Road, Oxford Science Park, Culham Campus, JR, Great Milton, Wheatley, and other locales.

Easy walking also to good shopping including supermarkets, gym and cafes and Florence Park.

Bike storage racks are available and off road car parking is available for an annual fee.

Deposit will be protected with the Deposit Protection Service. Lost key and lock replacement if needed is charged at cost.
