Double bedroom available cowley road

Hi everyone - we are looking for one person to join our three bedroom house at the end of Cowley Road from the end of October. The bedroom is a double room and fully furnished. Rent is £690 per month plus bills at approx £170 per month. Our lovely housemate is moving out to live with her partner so we’re looking for a lovely new person to move in.

We are two professionals in our twenties working 9-5. One of us works from home three days a week. We are both women and would ideally like to share with women or queer people. For council tax and routine reasons it would be great if we could live with another working professional however we might consider post graduate students if it’s the right fit for us.

We like our house to feel homely and enjoy spending time together as a house. We love to cook and host people for dinners but we aren’t really a party house (except for special occasions). We both love reading, listening to music and yapping. We also both appreciate our solo time so we like having a bit of balance.

It’s important that we have a nice connection with whoever moves in so that we can have a really homely dynamic and be friends as well as housemates - please let us know via DM if you would like to meet/ know more information about the house!
