The house is currently under renovation and will be available around 29 August. Viewing may start from 15 August, hopefully.

It is situated in a green environment in Cutteslowe and has two double bedrooms. After renovation, it will be fully furnished. One tenant will have an en-suit and the other has a separate shower+toilet room for own use.

Both bedrooms will have a double-bed with drawers, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a study table, a lamp and a chair.

The kitchen will have a fitted 4-zone electric induction hob, an integrated electric oven, a tall fridge-freezer, a washer-dryer, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster.

Living room will have a dinning table and chairs, a sofa and a coffee table.

Ground floor will be fitted with laminate flooring throughout. Stairs and landing and first floor bedrooms have carpets. Walls are white or barley white and most of the furniture are light/medium wooden coloured.

More storage spaces can be found in the loft which has a pull-down ladder. Tenants can also store their bikes and other items in the garage.

A small shop (for milk, eggs and snacks etc), a Post-office, and a GP clinic are ~5min walk distance. The popular Cutteslowe Park is close-by for outdoor activities.

Convenient for transport: 
4min walk to bus stops on Banbury Road;
15~20min walk to Summertown shops or Parkway rail station;
~20min cycling to university science area and city centre, and JR Hospital and WIMM building.

Bus services on Banbury are frequent to all directions.

The house is suitable for two professionals, not smoking. Postgraduate or mature students may be accepted if keeping the rooms clean and tidy.

The rent covers high speed broadband, Council Tax (Band D) and TV licence, etc. Tenants need to pay utility bills including electricity, gas and water. Parking is available by paying a small extra.

The rent will be higher if you work from home.

Shorter tenancy may be considered with a higher rent depending on situation.

When viewing the flat, potential tenants are required to show their personal ID and references (renting and employment).
