Bedroom-2 with a separate shower room

The 2-bed house is situated on a cul-de-sac road, in a quiet area north of Summertown. It's newly renovated with modern shower rooms, new mattresses, new laminate flooring downstairs, new induction hob, and a new boiler. We are looking for tenants who will take care of the property and keep all the rooms clean, especially kitchen and shower rooms.

One tenant will have an en-suite and the other has a separate shower+toilet room for own use (only a door-frame away). Both bedrooms can be locked.

Bedrooms are furnished with double-bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe and study desk, chair and lamps.

The kitchen is equipped with induction hob and oven, air-fryer and microwave, large fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, kettle and toaster.

Living room is provided with dinning table and chairs, sofa and coffee table, free view TV.

Shared storage spaces include drawers under the staircase, display unit or bookcase, plus a large closet. Tenants may put bicycles and other large items in garage.

~5min walk to a local convenient store, post office, and GP clinic. Cutteslowe Park is close-by for outdoor activities.

Convenient for transport: 
~4min walk to bus stops on Banbury Road where frequent bus services to/from various places including the city centre and hospitals;
~15min walk to Summertown or Parkway rail station;
~20min cycling to the city centre, university science area, and JR Hospital.

The house is suitable for two professionals, non smoking. Postgraduate or mature students may be considered.

The rent covers high speed broadband, TV licence, and Council Tax. Tenants need to pay utility bills include electricity, gas and water (based on actual bills, estimated £75-£125 pcm per person).

Shorter stay may be considered with a higher rent depending on circumstances.

Car parking:
There is 1 private parking space which will be given to the tenant who takes up the room without en-suite. There are on-street parking spaces nearby but the tenants will need to apply for the resident's parking permit from Oxford City Council, currently fee is £84 per year. Please note that the permit for on-street parking is only needed between 10am - 5pm, Mon-Fri.
