I will be moving because I am starting my PhD, so I am looking for someone to take my place in the house, as there are 4 tenants.
📍 Location: St Clements, just 3 minutes by bike from Oxford city centre. The Airline and Oxford Tube stops are also 1 minute’s walk away.
💷 Rent: £675 GBP per month + bills.
The house is shared with 3 other people. We all speak Spanish, so we are looking for someone who also speaks Spanish to make living together easier.
