Oxford Studio – I’ll Cover the First 3mths rent

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Alice House (iQ Student Accommodation), Oxford.
It's a private studio with your own kitchen and bathroom, located in a modern student residence just a short walk from Oxford city centre and the university. The building offers excellent facilities, making it a comfortable and convenient place to live.
The tenancy is for 51 weeks, but I'll only be staying in Oxford for 12 weeks as I'm an exchange student. That means I'll cover the rent until 13th December, so you can move in afterwards without paying for those first weeks. If you need to move in a little later, I'm also happy to cover up to 14 weeks if needed.
This is a great opportunity to secure a fantastic studio at a significantly reduced cost. I'll leave the room in perfect condition, ready for you to move straight in.
