We have a ground-floor double room available in our clean and welcoming home for a single occupant.
The room is fully furnished and includes all bills (gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi). Street Parking is available, and the property is conveniently located close to local amenities and transport links.

The bathroom and toilet are shared with us. We are a friendly working couple looking for a clean, respectful and considerate professional who will treat the house like their own home. We enjoy a peaceful and tidy environment and are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.

The initial stay is 3 months, with the option to extend if we’re all happy. Viewings are welcome.
