I'm looking for 2 housemates to join a lovely house in central Oxford. I’m a DPhil student at Oxford and currently focusing on writing up.

✨ Location:

- 3–4 minutes' walk to both the train station and Gloucester Green bus station
- 6–7 minutes' walk to Broad Street
- Right next to a canal and green space—perfect for walks or a bit of peace and quiet

🐱 I regularly foster cats, so you'll need to be comfortable living with and interacting with cats.

💷 Rent: £580/month + utilities (estimated around £50–£80/month)

🎓 Students won’t have to pay council tax.

🏠 The landlady is really chill, friendly, and easy to deal with.
