Double room in flat share near Oxford city centre

We have a double room in our shared flat, available from 1st August for next year/longer!

The flat is 3 bedroom/1 bathroom, with shared living room and kitchen, located near Folly Bridge (~10 min walk to the city centre). Rent is £840pcm + utilities (usually £50–60 each, without council tax*).

We are friendly, clean and quiet, ages 24–27, one phd student and one young professional – looking for someone similar to live with us for next year, or potentially longer as the tenancy is now on a rolling basis.

Open to either grad students or a professional, if willing to pay their half of the council tax. *The property is band C, so split between two it would be about £120pm each.
