I am moving out of my lovely house at the end of July and am looking for someone to sublet my room for the month of August from 02/08 - 31/08.
The house is in a central and convenient location - only a minute away from the Oxford train station and 10 minutes walk from Carfax Tower / Westgate and Jericho. The neighbourhood is residential and quiet.
The rent is £900 for the month including all bills.
The room is 12 square meters in size, on the top floor overlooking the rear garden, and shares a bathroom with one of the other housemates. It is furnished with a double bed and build-in wardrobe. The house has a kitchen with dishwasher and laundry machine, a living room and a rear garden with bike storage.
