Hello!
I'm having to move for a new job so am looking for someone to take over my room for the 12th of August.
The room is in a 6-bed house with 2 showers, 3 WCs and shared living room, garden and kitchen (with gas range!) - the people here are absolutely lovely and are totally respectful of preferences so you will feel at home!
We're seeking a working professional purely to keep the council tax payments the same (band D property), with the house currently split as 3 professionals and 3 doctoral/postdoc students.
The total running costs are:
Rent - £595
Council Tax - £85
Bills - between £30 and £60 varying from summer to winter
Total = between £710 and £740
The rent has only just been increased to £595 on the 12th of August, so you won't see a rent rise for at least 12 months :)
