URGENT Double Ensuite room for rent

Hello! My name is Amirah, My roommate is Antoinette and a master's student at Oxford. I am letting go of this room due to unexpected change of plans. I'm looking for someone to takeover my contract 2026-27 academic year. The flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with plenty of storage space and a lovely living room and kitchen that gets tons of sunlight! We even have a little balcony to ourselves! The neighbourhood has a shared outdoor area, parking spaces (to rent), and is a 10 min walk to Port Meadow and also a 10 min walk the train station. My flatmate will be moving out, so we're looking for someone to take over the second bedroom. You'll be in a double room with a large closet and will have your own bathroom with a shower/bathtub. Utilities (water, gas, broadband, etc.) will be split evenly.
