Double room near City Centre but rural feel

Double room in cul de sac next to Hinksey Park. Morning light, quiet. Hanging space for clothes, chest of drawers (either in room or on the landing if you want more space in the room), a desk, lots of shelves & double bed (its a murphy bed so can be folded up for more space in the room). We have your own shower room upstairs to the bathroom is mainly for lodgers use but it has the only bath in the house so occassionaly we ask to have a bath but its not en suite. Shared kitchen. Live in landlords (us) are very easy going and away most weekends so the living room is available as a shared space. The let is for 6 months initially but if we all get on well we can extend this. Marlborough Road is very close to town, bus and train station but has Deans Ham meadow behind and Hinksey Park 30 seconds from us giving the location a quiet rural feel. We are a really lovely community here and all our lodgers have fit right in. Washing machine in downstairs toilet / utiity room a garden patio with lovely views over our meadow. We are looking for a proffessional person who will fit in with the mellow vibe in the house.
