🏡 2 Rooms Available in a Friendly Shared House

Hi everyone! Two of us are moving out, so we're looking for two new tenants to take over our rooms.

The house is spacious and has:

- 🛋️ A cosy living room
- 🌿 A large garden
- 🚲 Just a 7-minute bike ride to the town centre
- 🚌 Great access to public transport links

At the moment, two of us have recently finished our studies, and the other housemates are DPhil students. It's a friendly, relaxed, and respectful household, so we'd love to find people who are a good fit.

💷 Bills are usually around £50–£60 and Council tax is £70 per person per month.

Please note that the advertised rent may increase slightly when the new tenancy agreement starts.
