Room available in Jericho (now until 18th October)

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a 3-bedroom house in Jericho from now until 18 October.
The rent is £870 per month, including all bills.
The house is in a great location, right next to Port Meadow and around a 15-minute walk to Oxford city centre. It's a quiet area with easy access to shops, cafés, etc.
The room is small but has everything you need, including a single bed, desk, and an additional storage room just outside the bedroom. The house has a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bright living room with large windows.
You'll be sharing with two friendly male Oxford postgraduates/postdocs who are tidy, considerate, and easy to live with.
