We are a house of 4 seeking a 5th as we had someone pull out last minute!

Older undergrad or postgrad preferred (either Brookes or Oxford Uni, we have a mix of both), but we are happy to consider anyone. We have a diverse range of subjects (inc. Classics, Psychology), feel free to let us know what you’re studying and a little about yourself!

The flat is in reasonable walking distance from both Universities (~20 mins) and well situated with regard to shops and supermarkets. All rooms are double beds and have a skylight! There is a washing machine and dryer, as well as 2 fridges and a freezer shared between us, and 2 bathrooms.

Bills are estimated to come out at £80-90 a month, varying depending the temperature. Unfortunately council tax is another on top is another £70 as we have one professional living with us.

We would rather someone rent this for the entire academic year, but are open to considering shorter rents.
