Double room on the ground floor with plenty of light, furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and drawers. Beautiful exposed brick chimney which has been blocked off.

🏡 The house
Large house with big shared kitchen and lounge area. Plenty of storage as we have an insulated shed. Lovely large garden with nice seating area, perfect for hosting/summer BBQs. There's a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet which is shared between 3 (4th bedroom is en suite), and a downstairs wc. The area is quiet but only 15 minute cycle to city centre or 10 min walk to Cowley road shops/Temple Cowley. The house feels very spacious.

👥 Current housemates
Franzi - Outdoorsy, easy going and sociable 32 year old German. Loves volleyball, cooking, cinema, gardening and travel.
Ari - Bubbly and chatty 29 year old Italian post doc. loves girls holidays, gym, gossip, and pub trips.
Lois - 28 year old Dietician student. Loves cooking, cinema trips, reading, and travel.

The house is veggie and we do occasional pub/gig/cafe trips as a house, as well as the odd evening in together. We're looking for a long term renter who is tidy, respectful and sociable.
