Large en suite bedroom in spacious house of 5

I'm looking for a new tenant for my en suite master bedroom in a lovely 5-person house filled with friendly young professionals and PhD students.

The room is spacious and get lots of light (including through a skylight over the bed). The common kitchen and living rooms are large and well decorated, including a TV, two fridge freezers and two gas ovens/hobs.

The location is right next to Hinksey park and within a 5 minute cycle of the city center.

Furniture is included, including a double bed, large wardrobe, desk and two chests of drawers

The council tax is band D and is currently split between the 3 working professionals in the house.

Please message me with any questions or to organise a viewing, a video tour of the house can also be provided on asking. One of my other flatmates is also moving out and looking for a replacement for her room at a similar time, so groups of two are very welcome to message. There is some flexibility around moving in dates.
