Friendly houseshare off Cowley Road

Hello,
I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in this friendly four-person shared house. All occupants are young professionals who enjoy chill conversation!

You will have access to a garden and bike shed, as well as a spacious kitchen and separate living room area. There are three shared bathrooms, a storage room, and an electric heating rack for drying your clothes.

A major benefit of living here is the location — you are just down the street from the vibrant Cowley Road, with its multitude of shops and restaurants! Cycling or walking around is possible, but we’re very near a bus stop, too, in case that is easier for you.

Bills generally come to around £100-£150 per month on top of rent. We divide up who pays for what by using the Splitwise app. The Council Tax Band is D.
