Room for rent in house near Oxford train station

Hello! We are looking for a final housemate from 1st November (flexible) for 1 year in our great house on Rewley Rd 2 min from train station.
The house is honestly so nice, modern and well insulated. The room is ensuite, and furnished with double bed, desk and big built-in cupboard (called study in the floorplan but that’s a typo). The house is on three floors, with a large living room, kitchen and garden.
Price is £815/month + bills, usually around £70/month. We won't charge you for council tax if you're a student, if you are working then we'll add you to the council tax split which would be £70/month extra.
We like chats & dinners in the living room, and also respect people’s quiet moments and like our house clean! I am currently the only girl with 3 males (2 Dphil students, 1 postdoc, 1 working) so girl preferred and postgrad/working preferred, but neither strict!
