Sadly leaving my room in our five-room shared house in Iffley!

£622 a month + bills; move-in date Nov 9th

We are looking for a postgraduate student to take over my room and become part of our lovely house.

The room has a double bed, large built-in wardrobe, a sink, a chest of drawers, desk and chair, and lovely view of our amazing garden and pear tree!

You would be sharing a bathroom with only one other person (male PhD student), and there is a kitchen, huge living room and dining room, a washroom with a washing machine and dryer, an additional shared bathroom, bike shed, cleaner that comes regularly, and an incredible garden that is amazing in the summer!

Housemates are all PhD students and we have a wonderful and respectful atmosphere in the house that I'm going to be very sad to leave! We often watch films together, cook at the same time, and just have a nice feeling of community - with a respect for personal space.
