Double bedroom in beautiful Cowley home!

Our housemate will move out at the end of December, so there will be a delightful first floor double room available in our home, just off Cowley Road! We need to make a decision for the new flatmate by the 30th of November, so would like to arrange viewings very soon!

The house is beautiful, with wooden flooring in the ground floor, a large garden and a cosy living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The room has a large double bed, a built in wardrobe and a window which overlooks the back garden.

The house has a lot of communal space (e. g. Dining room and living room) which can be used if you want to work from home. There's also lots of additional shelf and cupboard space throughout the house if you need it. We live on a quiet road in a friendly neighborhood, however we are just 1 min away from all the bars and amenities of Cowley Road.

This house is also great for people working in town, as well as the Headington/hospital area. It is just ten minutes by bike to the city centre/Headington and a bus stop with many transport links is close by too. Outgoing buses like the ST1 are very accessible too.

We are happy to share with professionals as well as students - but students will have to share council tax with us (Band E, £75 per month per person for 10 months of the year).

The base rent for the room is £625 per month, but expect to pay around £150-£200 for all additional bills (including the above mentioned council tax).

A bit about us:

The current flatmates are Jake (28, writing this ad), Nathaniel (28) and Donncha (25).

We're a fairly social, active and musical bunch, who are all working in Oxford (journal editor, research assistant and choirister). We like to watch TV in the evenings (e. g. bake off) on our shiny new telly and sometimes cook together.

Our various hobbies include: gardening, drawing, baking, reading, piano, choir, bouldering and video games.

We quite often have people and partners around, but we're not much of a party house. We're usually up for the pub though ;)
