Be part of a friendly and tastefully furnished household in a lovely part of S. Oxford near Hinksey Park, with its lake, tennis courts and open-air swimming pool, and the river Thames tow-path, with walks in three directions through open countryside; 10 minutes by bike to city centre and railway station, excellent bus services. (I have a spare bike you could borrow).
The room is on the ground floor, with a window looking onto the garden. It has a single bed with duvet (I provide bedding), a desk, bookshelves, wardrobe and a small chest of drawers.
Rent includes all bills, Wi-Fi, shared use of living room, kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine) and the garden.
There is space in the front garden for bikes and a stout chain to lock them to. On-street parking is limited (you would need to apply to the Council for a permit)
Short lets (3-6 months) only; Monday-Friday also considered. Would suit someone doing postgraduate study or similar.
Only looking for guys at the moment. If you are interested in the room, please send me a message with the dates you want it, saying a bit about yourself, so I can get an idea about you (we would be sharing my house).
Thanks
