Close to city centre, Cowley Road and right by the chic Magdalen Road community with pubs, good cafes & an organic shop. Good quality comfortable sofas and beds. Period house built more than 100 years ago.

You will have your own wing of the house (: comprising a small double bedroom with garden view and a study/lounge for yourself. The furniture in the study is slightly differnt from the pics but includes the sofa and drawers and a desk.

Friendly, relaxed environment where you can spend time alone or in the company of your housemates depending on what you fancy. I enjoy cooking, travel and being active. I'm looking for like-minded people, who are careful and considerate.

Shared areas are kept for relaxing and unwinding (leaving work at work). Quiet nights for a good night's sleep.

Private landlord meaning no extra fees and quick response to anything in the house that needs sorting. All safety certificates in place. Ideal for those wanting personal space but not the full cost of a house.

Garden upkeep and cleaning are done by the occupants, can be done privately but for additional cost.

£850 month + bills (currently £180/month contribution, includes everything... council tax D, fast fibre internet, renewable energy, TV lic. etc. may increase as bills increase).
