The house is located very close to the JR Hospital & a short bike ride to the Nuffield/Churchill Hospitals. Headington shops are 15 minutes walk away & there are a variety of shops just down the road.

The house is also very convenient for public transport with bus stops right outside. It's only a short walk to the Oxford Tube stops for London & Airline to Heathrow/Gatwick.

There's a cycle path across the water meadows to the centre of town & a quick route to Summertown via the Marston Ferry Road by bus & segregated cycle path.

There's space in the garage to store bikes.

There's a large garden. You’re welcome to sit out when the weather permits & there's place for you to do some gardening if you like.

You have access to a sitting room & dining room (facing the garden), kitchen & utility room for laundry with a washing machine.
