We have a lovely room available in a beautiful, renovated historic home with great common space. It used to be a pub, which dates from the 1850s, and which has been completely refurbished with all mod cons.

Available 7 June £850pcm all inclusive of bills, council tax and broadband.

The house is in the historic Osney Island conservation area, just minutes walk to the railway station and the centre of town and close to beautiful spacious riverside walks and green spaces.

You will share a renovated large common space, with a range oven and a large American style fridge-freezer and a back garden.

We are looking for friendly sociable housemates, who work professional hours. You will share the common spaces with convivial group of young professionals.
