Cosy single room, Cotswolds village

The room
A bright, private single room in the attic of a characterful period house in a small Cotswolds village just outside Banbury. Exact location given to interested parties. Exposed beams, a beautiful arched window with lovely views, a single bed, a desk and chair for working from, fitted carpet, radiator and a vintage wardrobe. Quiet, warm and full of character.
The location
Set in a small Cotswolds village with easy access to the M40, about 15 minutes by car to Banbury station and 20 minutes to Leamington. A calm base if you're working at JLR and want somewhere quieter than town, with the Cotswolds on your doorstep for weekends.
The household
I'm an artist and the house is both my home and my working studio, so it's quiet during the day and I keep the studio areas private. You'd be sharing with one other person. The room suits someone friendly, tidy and considerate who works outside the home during the day.
