Use of kitchen, hob, oven and microwave. Freezer space available on request. Thermostats on all radiators so you can adjust your room accordingly.
You may smoke but only outside in the garden please. There is Off road parking, public transport poor even though there is a train station and bus routes walking distance (irregular service). Pubs, shops also within walking distance, If you need more regular trains Kingham or Charlbury are within 5 miles. Chipping Norton 5 miles, Burford 5 miles, Stow-on-The-Wold 5 miles. Witney 12 miles, Oxford 17 miles, Cheltenham 22 miles.
