Top floor to yourself in a cute cottage

A bright and airy double bedroom, plus a separate study/snug, in the loft conversion of a Cotswold cottage - all within easy walking distance to central Oxford.

You will have the top floor to yourself, with a shared kitchen/diner, bathroom, utility and downstairs loo. Both rooms look out over gardens and fields, with distant views towards the city.

The house is in a small village. It is about a 30 min walk or 15 min cycle into city centre via a footpath, or a 10-15 min drive. If you are commuting, it is very convenient for the A34, with Harwell campus less than 20 minutes away.

We are a friendly, professional LGBT household, into music, gardening, theatre, literature and politics. We have one cat so unfortunately can't accommodate pets.

We are looking for a professional housemate to let Mon-Fri, but can be flexible on this. In particular, if you are a musician or music student, we have both a digital and upright acoustic piano and classical music library and would be happy for someone to use them.

Please note, there is no step-free access to the property, and access to the top floor is via a narrow staircase.
