Two weeks is £950. 1 month rate is £1800; 2 months rate is 1700pcm, 3 months rate is £1600 pcm; 4-6months rate is £1400pcm. 7-11 months term is £1300. 12+ months term is £1200pcm. The deposit is upfront. For 1-2 months deposit is the same as the rent. For a 3/3+ months stay, the deposit is 5 weeks’ rent.
