Use of garden and summerhouse with power and wifi, many pets Rabbits ,chickens, a pair of mad tortoises large aviarys with Lovebirds and doves and a very friendly small dog. We would prefer a Female tenant as we have hosted female student from across the world and we have had some poor male students which has been rather problematic we are sorry if this is a problem. Own Television Netflix ,prime video all inclusive and Alexa assistant Off road parking on driveway 24 hours security cameras very safe quiet area 5 minutes to bus stops to city centre As we don't require a large deposit we ask that 4 weeks notice of leaving is given.
The house and gardens are a Smoke free area the use of alcohol is not permitted in the house. we do Not allow visitors to the room at any times.
