We are looking for a lodger to share our home.

A furnished double room (with small double bed) is available for single occupancy in a ground-floor flat in Summertown.

The room is in a family home shared with me and my son. We are both fairly busy and independent, and the arrangement would suit someone who is looking for a friendly, relaxed home environment. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, but the living room remains private.

The room is furnished with a small double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers and armchair and has a fitted wardrobe.

The kitchen has a washing machine, and a heated drying rack is provided in the room for drying.

The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath.

The flat is very close to South Parade with restaurants and a library. Summertown itself has supermarkets, cafés and a leisure centre, and it is a short bus ride to the city centre or Oxford Parkway station.
