Two furnished rooms available in lovely bright house close to Summertown shops and Cutteslowe park. Both rooms on the first floor. One large room with ensuite available, one small room with shared bathroom. Spacious garden with patio and shed; lots of loft storage. Shared bathroom between 3. Two housemates currently - German biochem postdoc and Iranian statistics post doc. We would prefer a mixed gender house if possible and all professions / nationalities welcome. We enjoy spending time together and doing activities on the weekends, and we would love to find two new housemates who share our vibe. Students welcome but we split the council tax evenly (council tax band C). Free street parking available on weekends and outside 9-5 (Permits available). There is one off street parking space available. We respect the space and each other so always keep the house clean and tidy.
