Double room in Summertown

Lovely double room available in 4 bed home in Summmertown. I am moving out due to getting a new job outside Oxford and looking for someone to take my room.

Room is available now, but there is some flexibility with move in date. Short term lets May-August also welcomed.

The house is clean and bright and was recently renovated. You will be living with 3 friendly working professionals (1 engineer and 2 post-docs). There is a lovely sunny garden (with a bbq) for the summer and a shed with secure storage for bikes. We have a projector, coffee machine, dishwasher and a separate washing machine and dryer.

House is peaceful, relaxed, and welcoming. We keep the house clean and tidy and there are loads of lovely plants. 🌱 We are all busy and respect each others space, but we also like to do activities together a few times a month (eg. board games, movie nights, going out for a glass of wine or Sunday roast, cooking together etc.)

Bathroom is shared with two others. It is kept very clean and everyone is on different schedules, so we never have issues with waiting for the shower.

Bills are not included and are split equally between all housemates.

It is located in a nice quiet part of Oxford but still very accessible to shops, cafes and restaurants.
- 15 minute walk and 5 minute cycle to Summertown shops
- 15 minute cycle to city centre.
- 5 min walk to bus routes for city centre (very frequent usually less than every 5 mins) and Old Road Campus, JR and Churchill hospital (700 and H2 approx every 15-20 mins).
- Accessible to the ring road and Oxford Parkway train station.
- Parking permits available (the street is permit parking only 9-5 Monday to Friday).
