Looking for flatmate to fill room at Elizabeth Jennings Way. The flat also comes with covered bike storage and a parking space.

Looking for:
A polite, respectful, and clean flatmate to take over the tenancy from June onwards.

Not looking for:
No couples or short lets.

Flat:
2bed/2bath. Fully kitted kitchen, dining area, and living room. Washer/dryer in the unit and extra storage closets in the hallway.

Room:
Queen bed with own bathroom across the hall.

Costs:
£912.50/month rent + around £100 for bills (water, electricity, and internet). Deposit is about £1000. Ideally looking for a student or someone happy to cover full council tax.

Timing:
Available from June 1 onwards. No one is currently in the room so very flexible on specific move in dates.

I’m 27 and finishing up my DPhil. I’ve been living here for nearly 2 years and have had a great experience with the flat and letting agency. In my free time I enjoy cooking, reading, and lifting. I’m usually in London on weekends visiting family or my partner.
