I will be moving out of this cozy little apartment in July after living here for two years, and I’d give this place a 5/5 star rating! I’m now looking for the perfect person to move in—someone who will love this warm and welcoming home just as much as I have.

• Layout: A 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Summertown, with a total area of around 70 square meters.
• Rooms: The master bedroom is an ensuite, and the second bedroom has its own designated bathroom as well.
• Amenities: Located in a modern building with a secure entry system, an elevator, a parking space, and a bike shed.
• Condition: Fully furnished and equipped with essential daily supplies—completely ready to move in.

🚩 Location
Situated in a quiet, leafy residential area. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the Summertown shops, where you’ll find everything you need: a Chinese supermarket, bubble tea shops, M&S, restaurants, cafes, and gyms.

📅 Availability
Mid- or early- July 2026 the earliest (move-in date is flexible). The current tenancy ends at the end of August, with the option to renew and extend after that.

👩‍🎓 Current Flatmate
The current flatmate is a female Oxford University researcher. She keeps a regular schedule, is very friendly, enjoys life, and is an amazing cook.

🙌 Ideal Flatmate
A female in Oxford who keeps a regular daily routine and is willing to renew the lease starting from September. Preference will be given to professionals or PhD students. (Apologies, but no couples).

💰 Rent & Bills
The total rent for the entire flat under the current contract is £1,900/month (excluding bills). When the current lease expires at the end of August, the final renewal price will need to be negotiated with the landlord.
