2 double rooms suitable for family or friends

I have two comfortable double rooms available on one floor. Both rooms are a good double size but one is huge and has an extra bed. They share a large bathroom. The rooms can be let individually or together but it is most suitable for a small family or two friends. Discount of £75 will be given to a family or two friends who take both rooms. You will share the kitchen with me. Bus stop to town and hospitals is right outside and it’s a short walk into Summertown. Lovely area with nearby parks and easy access to Oxford Parkway station. Must like dogs as a small one lives here. FEMALE preferred please unless a family.
