Room in Oxford Postgrad House Share, Summertown

A room is becoming available in a lovely shared house at Summertown 207A Banbury Road, Oxford, and we're looking for a fellow postgraduate student to join the household!

The house is currently shared by five University of Oxford postgraduate students. I'm moving out, so we're looking for someone to take over my place in the tenancy.

We're a friendly, welcoming, considerate and responsible group of postgraduates who enjoy a relaxed and sociable atmosphere while also respecting each other's privacy and need for quiet time to study or work. We're looking for someone who would enjoy being part of a friendly household and help maintain a comfortable, tidy and respectful living environment.

The house is conveniently located on Banbury Road, with easy access to the city center, university departments, shops (in front of an M&S and also 3 mins from Tesco and Sainsbury's ) and local amenities.

We're ideally looking for another postgraduate student at Oxford who is friendly, considerate and responsible.

The tenancy transfer can be arranged through the letting agency, which has already confirmed that finding a replacement tenant is possible.
