This cosy garden building is a fantastic retreat. The room has a small double bed, sofa, desk and its own terrace. The kitchenette comprises fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave - please note there is no hob or oven.

Access is via the side of the main house, where the landlord lives. You have your own entrance and complete privacy.

We have a couple of cats who might visit if you encourage them. Otherwise your only disturbance is likely to be birdsong!

Would suit professional or grad student. Good wifi. Single occupancy only. No pets - sorry.

Rent is inclusive of all utilities and council tax.
