Single room in Sutton Courtenay. The room is in a maisonette on the first floor, it comes partly furnished and it has a built-in storage space with shelves and some storage under the ottoman bed. There is on the road parking in front of the property or some off the road parking over the street on a cul-de-sac. No smoking in the house but there is a small balcony.
Living room, kitchen and the bathroom will be shared with me.
