Large Double Bedroom - with office - 2 cars

Driveway

Large double room to rent in Milton Common (OX9 2NS), a village about 15 minutes' drive from Oxford.

£900 pcm for one person, or £1,000 pcm for a couple. All bills included and no deposit required. Available now: move in any time up to 26 November.

The room
- About 3.9m x 3.5m (roughly 12'10" x 11'6"), so a king-size bed fits with plenty of space to spare
- Suits a single person or a couple
- Unfurnished, so you can bring your own furniture

Shared areas
- Kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer
- Bathroom with a bath and shower over
- Furnished home office, handy if you work from home

Bills (all included)
- Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, water and council tax
- Gas is LPG, so if usage runs high an extra canister occasionally needs ordering, though this rarely happens

Parking and transport
- Driveway parking for 2 cars included
- You'll need a car or bike. There are buses, but they're not reliable enough to depend on
- The M40 (J7) is on the doorstep, and Thame and Haddenham & Thame Parkway station are a short drive away
